one of my favorite magazines in the world is monocle. if you don’t know it, go to your newsstand and get a copy. it’s everything a magazine should be. it is a constant source of inspiration and knowledge. monocle also has a store in london which i’ve always wanted to go to. but now i don’t have to because there’s one here in LA! (there are plans to open stores in nyc and tokyo, too). check out this little story about the opening (from notcot). i can’t wait to see it for myself. mw
April 15, 2009 - 5:57 pm - Thank you for the recommendation. I didn't know this magazine but bought a copy right after reading your blog. I loved it instantly as I flipped through the pages. It has everything - current affairs, business, fashion, lifestyle, culture etc., but does't feel random. Very tasteful and informative. Above all, it's a source of inspiration for the global-minded.
